Some times you just want to pour milk over something and call it breakfast!
If you are trying to stick to a Paleo diet this can be a hard one.
First- because dairy is a no-no.
Second- cereal is full of grains.
This morning I just wanted to make something quick and did not feel like cooking. Decided to stray from my weekly meal plan a bit and threw together this yummy breakfast for me and the kids.
1 orange or 1 small can of mandarin orange slices
1/4 can of unsweetened coconut milk
Dash of Cinnamon
Cut up apple and orange. If you are like me and want to use a can of mandarin orange slices- be sure to rinse them clean of the syrup before adding them to your bowl.
Shake can of coconut milk & measure out about 1/4 of a cup. Pour over fruit.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top
Eat & Enjoy!
