What You Need:
1/3 Fresh Pineapple
4 Thick Bacon Strips
Red Pepper Flakes
Sea Salt & Ground Black Pepper
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Cut Brussel Sprouts in half. Dice pineapple into small chunks. Dice Raw Bacon into small pieces. Place all three in a single layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle Red Pepper Flakes, Salt & Pepper over the top and then drizzle with honey.
Bake in preheated oven to 375 degrees for approx 20-25 minutes or until bacon is cooked and sprouts begin to brown. Toss in a bowl and enjoy!
